Fire cider has been around for AGES. But became popular in the 70’s when herbalists were sharing about it. It can be made a multitude of ways and is one of the OG immune boosting tonics.

It’s super intense and strong smelling but I was surprised at how much I enjoyed it!

If I ever feel a cold coming on (or anyone around me is sick) I’ll take a shot of this daily until it has passed.

You can also use it in dressings, drinks, and other various recipes. It’s so usefully, tasty, and fully customizable.

It’s cheap and easy to make your own natural remedies at home.

This cost me maybe $25 and made about 96 ounces. A farm stand local to me was selling TWO OUNCES for $17. No. Thank you.

Hear me out — I know this isn’t a novel idea, but …. MAKE YOUR OWN TRAIL MIX.

Obviously, it’s super easy, AND the ratios are on point.

Every trail mix I’ve ever purchased is either 90% almonds and flavorless craisins or packed with sugar and seed oils.

Make your own and it’s fully customizable (aka no almonds for us —why are they so hard anyways ?!)

This was our FAVORITE snack on our recent road trip and camping/ hiking trip in Moab with our toddlers. 🤌🏼🤌🏼

They’re perfect for when my kids are in an egg slump — I have them help me make them and suddenly they’re EGGCITED (😏) about eggs again!

They’re high protein, totally customizable, kid-approved, and they travel SO well — we took them camping in Moab recently and ate them cold, warmed them on the camp stove, and served them alongside baked oatmeal for the most satisfying camping breakfasts.

Nourished my busy toddlers so we were able to do ALLLLL the things without a mid-morning crash.

Call me extra, but i refuse to eat hot dogs for 5 days straight and feel like absolute garbage.

Skip the corned beef this year (your kids probably won’t eat it anyways) and make this instead!

I made this hearty Irish-style beef stew in my 360 Cookware slow cooker set with bone broth, tender beef, potatoes, carrots, mushrooms, and herbs. This is the kind of meal that fills the house with the smell of something amazing simmering all afternoon.

My entire family devoured it — and it made a massive pot so we have leftovers too. WINNNNN 🙌🏼

I sear the beef on the stove first to build flavor, then move the same pot to the slow-cooker base so everything finishes low and slow and the meat is fall-apart tender. It’s simple, nourishing comfort food and perfect for St. Patrick’s Day or truly ANY DAY.
