High Protein Cottage Cheese Cucumber Salad
It is my current hyper-fixation snack.
I’ve lost over 40lbs in the last year (NATURALLY) and this snack has been one of my favorite creations!
If you love a good crunch, a vinegar tang, a savory blast, and a little spicy zing THIS IS THE SNACK FOR YOU.
Lower cals, has a good amount of protein from the cottage cheese. It’s just SOOOO GOOD.

Cottage Cheese Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
Method
- Slice the cucumber

- Add to a bowl

- Add cottage cheese (as much as you would like!)

- Drizzle on sesame oil

- Drizzle on white wine or rice wine vinegar (both are delicious!)

- Sprinkle on everything but the bagel seasoning from Trader Joe's

- Give it all a stir

- Top with crispy jalapeño pieces from Trader Joe’s

- Adjust anything to taste

- ENJOYYYYY!!
