3 Ingredient Protein-Packed Hamburger Buns (NO FLOUR)

Fluffy, protein-rich buns made with just 3 ingredients — no flour, no fuss. Gluten-free!

Ingredients
  

  • 6 eggs
  • 300 g whole milk milk powder around 2c + 2tbsp
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • Topping of choice sesame seeds or everything but the bagel seasoning

Method
 

  1. Preheat the Oven to 350°F (180°C)
  2. Mix the eggs, powdered milk, and baking powder.
  3. Mix until combined
  4. Spray a 1/3 c measuring cup with avocado oil and scoop the mixture onto a parchment lined baking sheet
  5. Shape into round buns by smoothing the top with a spatula and top with sesame seeds (burger-style) or topping of choice.
  6. Bake for 13-19min. Until tops are golden
