Method
- Boil water
- Pour water over the thyme, cover. (Or add thyme to pot + cover)
- Steep for at least 10 minutes.
- Strain and drink warm.
- I often add raw honey for extra throat soothing and support (over age 1).
Notes
This is a gentle, supportive option I personally use for coughs, congestion, and sore throat.
*Pregnant or breastfeeding women should use caution when ingesting thyme
